Dr. Jason Boole, MD has been caring for patients on the Emerald Coast since 2007 and has gained an excellent reputation across several counties in the Panhandle.

In 2023, NWFENT joined North Florida Surgeons, a growing network of surgeons in Jacksonville and the Panhandle.

At NWFENT, we offer a special focus on Sinus and Allergy Disorders, Sleep Apnea, Audiology, Vertigo, and Balance Therapy. We believe in comprehensive medical management, including testing for and treating allergies. With this approach, the majority of patients will not require sinus surgery.

Upstairs, we have a 2,000 square foot Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center for our patients’ vertigo and fall prevention needs.

Northwest Florida Sleep Lab is also upstairs and is a 3-bed Sleep Center/Laboratory accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). Each “bed” is a suite, with each patient having their own private bathroom, including a shower steps from their bed.

In-house Sleep Center/Lab: Each room is an ensuite with a private bathroom.
If all other options are ineffective, we can deliver the most up-to-date surgical techniques.

We offer the option of minimally invasive office procedures. Dr. Boole has over 20 years of experience with Balloon Sinuplasty, which may allow for the resolution of sinus symptoms with little or no downtime/missed work.
For more complex cases, Dr. Boole has privileges at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center, less than a mile from the clinic. Dr. Boole also operates at the Destin Surgery Center on Airport Road.
Not only do we conduct Allergy testing, but we also provide treatment.

Dr. Boole is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. For the advanced treatment of allergies, we offer Sublingual Immunotherapy.(SLIT) This is an effective method of teaching the immune system to be more tolerant of the environment. This therapy is done in your home without needing weekly shots or frequent office visits.

Dr. Boole is Board Certified and a member of the American Board of Sleep Medicine. The diagnosis and treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea is a passion for Dr. Boole.

Sleep Apnea may lead to chronic daytime tiredness, trouble concentrating, morning headaches, and poor work/school performance. Obstructive Sleep Apnea results in more traffic deaths than drunk driving. It can lead to high blood pressure and an increased risk of stroke and heart attack. In-lab sleep studies are not always needed but are available in-house, in the sleep lab.
Diagnostic Oral Appliances – for those patients who desire an alternative to a mask
Surgical consultation – surgery may be discussed in some instances where it may be helpful. Dr. Boole has Surgical Consultation appointments to go over options with you before scheduling any surgery.
